About the Partner Architect Role

A Partner Architect is your dedicated CrowdStrike technical advisor throughout your Falcon journey. I bridge the gap between CrowdStrike's product capabilities and your business objectives, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and hands-on support from initial deployment through continuous optimization and expansion. Unlike a support contact or one-time consultant, I'm a long-term resource aligned to your success — helping with architecture planning, service delivery coordination, maturity assessments, and strategic roadmapping.
CrowdStrike Support handles technical issues, platform troubleshooting, and break-fix scenarios. A Partner Architect provides strategic consulting, implementation guidance, optimization workshops, maturity assessments, and integration planning. I help you succeed with the platform, not just use it. We complement each other — CrowdStrike Support keeps the platform running; I ensure you're getting maximum value from it.

Engagements & Services

Engagement durations vary by service type: Quick Assessments (Sensor Health Checks, Policy Optimization Workshops) take 1-2 hours. Workshops (Security Tool Reconciliation, Architecture Planning) take 1-2 hours. Assessments (ISA, CSA, SSA) take 2-4 weeks and include the CrowdStrike Services team. Implementations (Platform deployment and integration) take 4-12 weeks depending on scope. Ongoing Services (Maturity optimization, Resident SME) run 3-12 months.
For most engagements, you'll need: Active CrowdStrike Falcon license (or in-progress procurement), key stakeholders available (security leads, architects, SOC managers), basic understanding of your current security challenges and goals, and for assessments, relevant system access (AD, cloud consoles, SaaS admin). If you're not sure where to start, let's schedule a discovery call to assess your current state and recommend next steps.

Outcomes & Metrics

Based on real customer engagements, typical outcomes include: Deployment Speed (sensors deployed in <1 day with zero production downtime), Investigation Efficiency (70% reduction in investigation time, remediation cut from days to minutes), Console Consolidation (75% reduction in security consoles), Response Speed (6x faster MTTR, especially for identity-based attacks), Coverage Improvement (unified visibility across endpoints, identities, cloud, and SaaS), and Cost Reduction (lower TCO through tool consolidation and operational efficiency). Results vary based on environment complexity, maturity, and engagement scope.
We establish success criteria upfront and track them throughout the engagement: Technical Metrics (sensor coverage %, policy fidelity, detection/response times, false positive rates), Operational Metrics (analyst efficiency, automation adoption, integration completeness), Business Metrics (risk reduction, compliance alignment, cost savings, time-to-value), and Maturity Indicators (platform utilization, feature adoption, team capability growth). Regular health checks and maturity assessments ensure you're on track and continuously improving.
